Booking and Service Policies

• Reservations: Rides and deliveries can be booked in advance or on short notice, subject to driver availability. We operate 24/7.

• Service Area: Our primary service area is within a 10–12 mile radius of Knoxville, TN. Long-distance requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be approved during booking.

• Specialized Accommodations: Passengers requiring pet-friendly transport or physical assistance (e.g., foldable wheelchairs, walkers, luggage) must notify us at the time of booking so we can dispatch the appropriate vehicle (such as our 3rd-row GMC Acadia).

• Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who poses a safety threat to our drivers, passengers, or vehicles.

Limitation of Liability

ASAP Taxi & Delivery LLC strives to provide on-time service for every passenger; however, we are not liable for delays or missed connections caused by severe weather, heavy event traffic, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
